Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of abrafgold.com and all products and services offered by ABRAF GOLD PRIVATE LIMITED ("ABRAF", "we", "us"), including the Gold Harvest savings scheme and bullion price-lock purchases. By using our website or enrolling in any scheme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account passcode confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
2. ABRAF Gold Harvest savings scheme
Gold Harvest is a monthly savings plan. Key terms:
- Structure: You pay 11 monthly instalments and ABRAF adds the 12th instalment free at maturity, subject to timely payment of all 11 instalments.
- Sovereign plan (market-linked): each instalment is converted into 999.9 fine gold at that day's applicable ABRAF rate. The value of your accrued gold moves with the market — you benefit if gold prices rise, and you bear the difference if prices fall. ABRAF is not liable for market fluctuations.
- Classic plan (fixed): a fixed-rupee plan with the 12th instalment free; it does not track gold market value.
- One-time payment bonus: where offered, an additional benefit (e.g., 20%) applies to eligible one-time payments as described at enrolment.
- Minimum instalment: ₹1,000, in multiples of ₹1,000. KYC/PAN may be required for higher amounts as per law.
- Redemption: after completion of the 12th month, the accrued balance may be redeemed as ABRAF 999.9 bars or 24Kt 999.0 jewellery, at ABRAF stores or as arranged, based on the balance and applicable rate confirmed at redemption. Making charges, wastage and GST apply to jewellery as displayed at the time of redemption.
- Taxes (including GST) apply as per prevailing law. This scheme is a purchase-advance/savings arrangement and is not a deposit, investment product or security, and returns (other than the stated bonus) are not guaranteed.
3. Bullion price lock & purchase
- A price lock reserves the displayed rate for the quantity and purity you select, for a limited period, subject to your completing payment within the stated window.
- Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as displayed and are based on live market rates that change frequently.
- A lock is confirmed only after we receive the full payment and verify it. If payment is not received in time, the lock lapses and current rates apply.
4. Payments
- Payments are made by you via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) to the ABRAF account shown at checkout: ABRAF GOLD PRIVATE LIMITED, A/c 50200117622121, IFSC HDFC0010189, HDFC Bank. Always include your mobile number as the payment reference.
- We do not collect card, UPI PIN or bank credentials on this website.
- Your instalment/purchase is credited only after we verify receipt of funds, usually within a few working hours.
5. Cancellation & refunds
- Given that gold is a price-sensitive commodity, completed bullion purchases and price-locked orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is verified and the rate is locked, except where required by law.
- For the Gold Harvest scheme, cancellation before maturity, refunds, or transfer of accrued value are handled per the scheme rules communicated at enrolment; the ABRAF bonus instalment and any one-time bonus are forfeited on early cancellation. Amounts already paid, net of applicable charges, are dealt with as per those rules.
- To request a cancellation or raise a billing issue, contact info@abrafgroups.com with your registered mobile number and reference.
6. Product information
We take care to display accurate rates, weights, purity and charges. However, typographical errors may occur; where an error materially affects price or product, we may cancel the affected order and refund any verified payment.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images and videos — is owned by or licensed to ABRAF and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABRAF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from gold market movements, delays in payment verification beyond our control, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City — to confirm].
